You will advise landlords, tenants, and developers, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with planning, construction, and corporate teams.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience with complex, high-value real estate transactions
• Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, development, and landlord & tenant law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
