Commercial Manager - Co-op Property
£55,000 to £59,200 plus benefits. Permanent role (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre, hybrid working
We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Manager to join our team at Co-op. In this role, you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office once a week.
As a Commercial Manager you’ll be responsible for managing, tracking capex spent by our construction activity, supporting colleagues in delivering projects successfully. You’ll be the main point of contact for cost tracking, dashboards, and external QS (quantity surveying) management, maximising on opportunities to drive down costs through trend analysis and interpretation of data.
