This private label food manufacturer are seeking a new commercial manager to lead a small team of sales and NPD specialists while managing grocery retail accounts. The business is established yet are targeting further growth and expansion in coming years. Within a close and collaborative family-feel culture you will be responsible for developing both personnel as well as already successful retailer relationships.
Previously experience managing grocery or discounter accounts will be critical to your early successes within this role. Experience managing or mentoring staff will also be key for this role.
