• Experience with plant rooms, commercial systems, and HIUs is essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude necessary for the role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and select appropriate tools for repair.
• Install and maintain radiators and related equipment.
• Perform inspections and replace worn parts as needed.
• Participate in emergency call-out rota (1 in 5).
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards.
