A family-run retail business based in Amersham is seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decisions. This hybrid role requires expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strong business partnering skills. A successful candidate will have a background in retail or consumer goods, proven experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, and be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA. Our client is a family run business, with an amazing product and customer centric approach. They have 160 stores in the UK and a rapidly growing online, International and concessions business. They really care about people, customers, and the communities in which they trade and are now looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager to be based out of their amazing Amersham head office. The role will be hybrid, with a split of three days office, two days working from home.
