You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial catering equipment across client sites. Candidates must have COMCAT certifications and experience with commercial appliances such as ovens and grills. A full UK driving licence is required, and the role involves customer communication and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold COMCAT 1, 2, and 3 certifications.
• Experience with ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on catering appliances.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Install and commission new commercial catering equipment.
• Ensure work complies with Gas Safe and manufacturer standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Complete job sheets and compliance documentation.

The Role

Youll be responsible for the service, maintenance, breakdown, and installation of commercial catering equipment across client sites in Berkshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering appliances
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient repairs
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Gas Safe and manufacturer standards
• Providing excellent customer service and clear communication with site contacts
• Completing job sheets, compliance documentation, and asset updates

What Youll Need

• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 (minimum 1, 2 & 3)
