Commercial Agency Surveyor - Team Lead / Head of agency - no previous management experience - Basic Salary up to £80,000 plus bonus over agreed net revenue, depending on experience and contacts (agency approx.). Likely 35% bonus over agreed net figure, paid annually.

About the employer

My client is a fast growing independent property consultancy specialising in two areas mainly, agency and valuation. Currently a team of around 17, they are looking for an experienced AD / Director level agency surveyor to join them at the ground level in London with ambitions to become a major player in the City agency space. They have an established flow of agency work up north which will aid the growth of the London agency offering, but they require somebody with experience to spearhead the London agency team growth. Their work is mainly office, mixed use and other commercial property.

Role and responsibilities

• Spearhead the growth of the London agency team.
• Develop and deliver agency services for office, mixed use and other commercial property sectors.
• Build and manage client relationships and collaborate with the northern team to leverage the pipeline.
• Support the development of the agency practice and contribute to business growth in the London market.
