The Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and personable Commercial Account Handler to manage renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service across a range of commercial insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle policy renewals and MTAs efficiently and accurately
• Respond to client queries with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant

Location & Hours:

• Based in Shrewsbury – easily accessible with free parking
• Monday to Friday, full-time hours
