A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a Navigator for the Colorectal Cancer Service to manage patient tracking and facilitate care coordination. The successful candidate will ensure timely diagnosis and treatment for urgent cancer patients while working with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient experiences. Strong communication skills and experience in healthcare management are essential for this role. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients in need.
The Colorectal Cancer Service triages urgent suspected cancer patients to enable booking into the most appropriate clinic, whether nurse-led or consultant-led.
Following first appointments, the Navigator ensures timely access to care for urgent patients, working with MDT coordinators and the admin team.
