Location: West Yorkshire

Region Covered: North of England & Scotland

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of approximately 25 service engineers
  • Oversee day‑to‑day service operations across the North of England and Scotland
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, response times and technical performance
  • Manage workloads, scheduling, performance reviews and ongoing training
  • Drive operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact between engineers, customers and senior management
About You
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, ideally within a service or engineering environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident managing a large, geographically dispersed team
  • Customer‑focused with a strong understanding of service delivery standards
