• Proficient in using scheduling software, SAP B1, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the aftersales and installation process for new coffee machines.
• Coordinate and schedule engineers for installations, repairs, or reinstallation of machines.
• Liaise directly with customers to confirm installation schedules.
