Their first product allows users of Aave and Sushiswap on Polygon to pay US credit card and mortgage bills.

Job Description

They are hiring for a crucial Founding Head of Growth & Marketing role. As a web3 startup that has just raised $2.5M and has ambitious goals, they need to promote their brand and product, and build a community of interested users.

As Head of Growth & Marketing, you will own the process and messaging to attract new users and grow their community.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop external marketing strategies, including content creation (blogs), SEO, crypto Twitter engagement, events, and podcasts.
  2. Hire and manage additional staff such as community managers, content creators, and product marketers.
  3. Set up analytics and targets for their marketing funnel—from social media engagement to website waitlist to app usage.
  4. Partner with the product team to unlock growth through product-led initiatives.
  5. Write marketing copy for the website and external materials.
  6. Launch and manage their Discord community server.
  7. Leverage investor communities to promote their product.
  8. Engage in partnership and business development activities to identify collaboration opportunities.

Must have:

  • Experience in crypto/web3 marketing, especially via Crypto Twitter and Discord.
  • 5+ years in growth hacking and marketing, preferably in consumer tech startups.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Clarity in thought and communication, capable of crafting a compelling brand message.
  • Extroverted personality with enthusiasm for engaging daily users.

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with fintech regulations and technology.
