Qualifications

Salary up to £35,000 based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team inspecting high‑precision aerospace components. You will program and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs, ensuring all parts meet strict dimensional and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, validate, and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs using QCT software.
  • Inspect parts to AS9100 and customer specifications; generate dimensional reports.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
  • Maintain CMM calibration and support process improvements.
  • Assist with FAIRs and NPI inspection setups.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision engineering.
  • QCT Quantum Four knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient in GD&T and reading complex engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Detail‑oriented, methodical, and a team player.
