A leading hotel group is seeking a Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator based in Wolverhampton to manage event bookings across two sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate administrative skills and a passion for sales in a busy hotel environment. Responsibilities include updating profiles, conducting tours, and managing reservations in a customer-focused role. Fairview Hotels own and operate 13 branded hotels throughout the UK. In 2024 we envisage growth and development and at the heart of this is our hotel teams. Novotel Coventry and Novotel Wolverhampton are our West Midlands Cluster and both have multiple meeting spaces available for meetings and events and are looking for a Cluster Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be working currently in the Meeting & Events Sales Office for a busy hotel and looking for their next step and a foot in the door towards a proactive sales role. You will be a methodical administrator as well as personable and passionate about selling our venues and working as part of a team. This is a dual site role so your time will be divided between the two sites.
