Role Overview

As a Clubroom F&B Manager, you will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the food and beverage team in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Organise and oversee events, ensuring high quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Execute day‑to‑day operations, including menu planning, inventory control and budgeting.

Qualifications

• A self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• A strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
