Job description

Kubernetes Engineers urgently required for a high-growth tech startup, 6-month rolling contract paying a competitive daily rate (outside IR35). The client is based in central London; however, this role is fully remote!

Key requirements:

1. Kubernetes experience on at least one cloud
2. Prometheus stack (Grafana, Prometheus, alertmanager)
3. Kubernetes upgrade and maintenance experience
4. Any logging infrastructure experience
5. Terraform
6. Ansible
7. Shell/Python Scripting
8. Gitlab pipelines (or any other CI/CD)

Responsibilities:

1. Kubernetes cluster creation
2. Kubernetes cluster maintenance and troubleshooting
3. Creating terraform based infrastructure
4. Support SRE and developer teams
5. Follow security practices on all infrastructure
6. Maintain documentation and update runbooks
7. Incident detection, response and remediation
8. Post-incident reviews
