The Cloud Billing team is expanding in response to the growing shift towards consumption-based models for cloud software and services, where customer billing is generated monthly based on actual usage. As part of the wider Finance function, the team plays a critical role in producing accurate and timely invoices for our rapidly growing Cloud & Consumption business.

Your Role

As a Cloud Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the billing processes for our multi-vendor cloud and consumption services. You\'ll work with large volumes of data, gain a deep understanding of a wide range of vendor products, and ensure billing accuracy through detailed analysis and collaboration across teams.

In this role, you\'ll also be the go-to person for sales teams and customers, helping them navigate and understand their billing information. No two days are the same—you\'ll balance day-to-day billing operations, data analysis, and customer support, making a real impact on both our team and our customers.

What you\'ll be doing

• Analyze data from cloud and subscription vendors to support monthly billing cycles and inform operational decisions.
• Provide billing support to account managers and internal stakeholders via ServiceNow, including resolving issues and occasionally participating in customer calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Accounts Payable, and Account Collections to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving and streamlining billing processes.

What we need from you

• Proven experience in issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Proactive approach with accountability for billing responsibilities.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced, growing technology business with evolving opportunities.
