A national healthcare organization in London seeks a psychiatrist dedicated to supporting health professionals with mental health and addiction issues. Role responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing patient caseloads, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. We are currently looking to expand our clinical workforce. We are seeking applications from psychiatrists with an interest in managinghealthcare professionals and/or with experience of managing addictions. We areasking for a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
As a key member of the NHS PH team, you will provide care to PH patients,participating as a core team member carrying out triage for new contacts andreferrals, assessments of new patients, ongoing case management and liaisonwith other providers who might be involved in the care of the patients. Youwill be responsible for managing a caseload of sick health professionals,assessing risk and providing holistic support to manage their programme ofcare. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team which includes GPs, psychiatrists,specialist nurses, and therapists.
