Job description
Overview

The Clinical Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Specialist Registered Nurse for Mental Health (RMN) to provide enhanced care for patients with mental health needs or cognitive impairment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing enhanced care observations
  • Working collaboratively with the acute health care teams to ensure patients needs are met
