An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our growing Peri-operative team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will assist with patient hygiene needs, toileting, nutritional intake, assisting patients with their mobility and physical comfort and monitoring and recording vital signs. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work using your own initiative as well as working as part of a team. In conjunction with registered staff, you\'ll contribute to the assessment of patient\'s activities of daily living and the care required.
