Overview

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Service Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Camden, London area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

This special care home provides the very highest care standards to its service users twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience in managing large care homes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.
  • Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the service users.
  • Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.
  • Provide improvement, independence and choice for service users.
  • Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times, in particular the CQC Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience managing large care homes.
  • Caring and compassionate; able to lead and develop a team to deliver high quality care.
  • Lead by example, be approachable and maintain a consistent presence across all levels of staff.
  • Previous experience as a manager with a "good" CQC rating.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary up to £75,000 per annum (permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, days).
