Lloyds Clinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager with expertise in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT) to oversee the operational delivery of patient-facing services in out-of-hospital settings, across NHS and private healthcare.
This role ensures the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of systemic anti-cancer treatments while maintaining compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
You will manage day to day clinical operations, including patient onboarding, care planning, and discharge, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will optimise treatment pathways, manage clinical governance and lead initiatives to meet service KPIs and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a breadth of experience across the cancer specialty, combined with strong operational and leadership skills to drive service excellence.
