Make a Difference in Urology Care – Lead the Way as a Specialist Nurse

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? Join us and play a vital role in transforming the Urology experience for patients with benign conditions. As a key member of our team, you'll take charge of managing Urology patients, running independent Nurse-Led clinics, and providing expert advice to patients, families, and colleagues.

Main Purpose of the Job

To deliver outstanding, patient-centred care to individuals with benign urological conditions. You will take responsibility for managing Urology patients, leading independent nurse-led clinics, and providing specialist advice to colleagues, patients, and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of Urology patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
• Run independent nurse-led clinics, showcasing your clinical expertise and autonomy.
• Offer specialist Urological nursing advice to Trust staff, patients, and relatives, guiding them through their treatment options and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust to ensure seamless, effective care for every patient.
