A leading NHS healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to work within a multi-disciplinary team at the Carleton Clinic. This role involves developing care plans, acting as deputy for the Ward Manager, and ensuring high standards of compassionate care. Candidates should possess ENB 998 or equivalent and experience in clinical supervision. An attraction incentive of £3,000 is included, subject to conditions.

We have exciting opportunities across the below inpatient wards based at the Carleton Clinic:
Oakwood (Inpatient Older adult functional assessment and treatment), Ruskin (Inpatient Dementia assessment and treatment) and Hadrian (Acute male admission working age).
This vacancy includes an Attraction Incentive of £3,000(*, **)
This will be paid on the following basis:
Repayment clause text: this incentive includes a repayment clause if staff leave within 3 years (Appendix 1).
Should this post be filled by a CNTW employee not currently working into inpatient services, the £3K Incentive payment may be applicable. This can be discussed in detail at interview.
