A health service provider in Launceston is looking for a Registered Nurse specializing in gastroenterology with at least 5 years of experience. The role is a part-time position, 12 hours per fortnight, fixed term until April 2027. Responsibilities include advanced clinical care, development of policies, and participation in cancer screening programs. The role also offers comprehensive benefits, including professional development and a supportive work environment.
This is a dynamic team and a shared role, so excellent communication and teamworking skills are essential.

The Department of Health Tasmania oversees various hospitals across the state, including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, as well as district hospitals and ambulance services. Additionally, it provides community health, mental health, and primary healthcare services to the Tasmanian community through more than 300 sites.

Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 12hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you would like to join our team until 24 April 2027.

$118,297 to $125,543 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
