Clinical Negligence Solicitor, South Wales , 1-3 Years PQE, £50,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a talented and compassionate team. JOB REF: 0967

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters to include birth injuries, stroke and brain damage, spinal injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses and fatalities
• Your focus will be not only to secure justice and compensation, but also to pursue interim payments that allow for early intervention, rehabilitation, care packages, and adapted accommodation — giving clients the support they need long before their claim concludes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 1–3 years’ PQE
• A commitment to excellent client care and empathetic communication
• The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• An open-minded, forward-thinking approach to legal practice
• A desire to improve and challenge the way things are done for the better
