Salary : Up to 80000 DoE
Working Hours : 40 hours / per week

As Clinical Director youll take the helm of our talented veterinary team across all three sites. Youll split your time between strategic leadership and hands‑on clinical work helping guide our practice direction while staying close to the patients and people who make Broadway Vets special.
This role will see you inspire and lead your team while setting and evolving clinical standards at the practice. You will facilitate continuous development while implementing a strong feedback and performance culture .
Together with our team of vets you will also champion and maximise opportunities within our nursing team to support our nurses at the top of their licence.
