The successful applicant will be required to hold a Nurses PIN.

Main duties of the job

As Deputy Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.

You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

Job responsibilities

To ensure that regulatory requirements are met across the services ofresponsibility.To take full responsibility for the management of the service/s and to provide thehighest quality of care and support to the people we support.To work with the delivery team and Quality, Compliance and Innovation Team toensure the services are rated good or outstanding or equivalent depending on theregulator.To support in the organic growth of the service.Main Duties1. Person Specification

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Managers taking the Level 5 Diploma should use the full breadth of QCF units available to ensure they achieve a qualification that is relevant to the role they are carrying out.
• Will need to apply to the relevant regulator for Registered Manager status and undergo the Commissions interview to determine suitability.
• Evidence of continued professional and personal development.
