1. About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are seeking a talented Fixed-term Clinic Manager for our Bristol Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service.

3. Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
  • Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service, with customers at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Complete weekly reporting on operations and commercial targets.
  • Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Staff rostering and annual leave management.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
4. Qualifications and Skills
