A leading eye care provider in London is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee its prestigious Harley Street clinic. This role involves managing daily operations, driving performance, and collaborating with the team to enhance patient care. Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Manager, to manage our prestigious Harley Street clinic.
Our clinic is a dual surgery centre, offering both LVC and IOL procedures.
Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate proven practice management experience in a high performing commercial environment and has extensive knowledge and experience of CQC management.
You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You will also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.
You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail or Optical setting. You will be adept at delivering impressive results through your passion for people and by collaborating closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management.
It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.
