Overview

Client Project Manager
Location: Tredegar, South Wales (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a skilled Account Manager with a passion for client success and technical project delivery? We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to join a growing team, supporting the integration of new clients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a newly created position due to the ongoing growth of the business.

About the Role

This newly created position reflects significant business growth and will work alongside an existing Account Manager. You’ll be the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery of complex manufacturing projects involving capsules and healthcare products for UK and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new clients, managing timelines and expectations
  • Set up contracts and coordinate internal resources to meet client requirements
  • Act as the central communication point between customers and technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Track project delivery milestones and ensure alignment with client goals
  • Influence and collaborate with onsite teams to support customer visits and relationship building
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director and Head of Sales
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in client management and project delivery (minimum 4 years)
  • Background in pharma, food, chemical, or nutraceutical supplements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage expectations and influence cross-functional teams without direct line management
  • Comfortable working onsite in Tredegar at least 2 days per week – this is required to meet with new clients onsite and build strong relationships with the onsite teams
