About the Role

Working in close collaboration with senior client leadership, you’ll have an opportunity to create answers to clients’ biggest questions, shaping long‑term priorities and driving bigger, better and more effective work. You’ll help our clients understand their customers, their behaviours and motivations, and use it to fuel better decisions, inside a dynamic and connected team.

We are looking for an Associate Director who will have influence across the team, look round corners, be confident across the whole funnel (from brand to retail performance), be credible and when compelling presenting to key clients, and mentor our more junior team members. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
