What you'll be doing

• Managing an allocated portfolio of client accounts
• Preparing standard and client specific financial reports in line with SLAs and KPIs
• Ensuring accurate reconciliation of income and expenditure
• Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and providing informed advice
• Working closely with internal teams to meet all client deliverables
• Maintaining accurate financial data across internal systems
• Supporting with ad hoc finance tasks as required
• Managing client cash flow and funding requirements

• Experience in a similar client accounting/property role
• Strong financial and technical reporting skills within a client service environment
• Ability to work effectively in a varied, fast-paced and evolving department
• Willingness to learn and take on professional development opportunities
• Part Qualified ACCA or QBE
