Responsibilities include:
- Approaching cleaning methodically, being organized, efficient, and thorough.
- Working well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills, along with a positive, approachable manner.
- Having physical ability to work on your feet for long periods, including lifting, reaching, and bending.
- Delivering quality work independently.
- Understanding Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations related to the role.
- Attending and fully participating in training courses.
- Supporting colleagues and creating flexible working relationships to achieve shared objectives.
- Having a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training is desirable.
