Overview

As a college, our strategy is Career-Focused Learning and ensuring that the learner experience and our relationship within our community, local and regional employers, are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a cleaner to work on week days to maintain the high cleanliness standards of our Seevic campus. Cleaning duties will involve, emptying bins, hoovering, sweeping & mopping floors, wiping down and disinfecting hard surfaces as well as cleaning toilets & shower area.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure designated areas of work are left in a safe, clean and hygienic condition.
  • Manual cleaning is undertaken in accordance with service best practice methods.
  • Manual cleaning tasks inclusive of but not limited to mopping, hoovering, wet wipe, dusting, polishing and changing waste bins.
  • Appropriate use of cleaning products/materials (as trained), handheld and powered equipment required to complete cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain required standards of Health and Safety at all times for self, colleagues and others.
  • Any other duties relevant to the nature of the post.
