Overview

Pertemps are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join the facilities team in Edinburgh. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment for all staff and visitors at the Royal Mail delivery office.

Responsibilities

• Clean operational areas including sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets, and offices.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in high-traffic environments.
• Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Complete routine cleaning checklists and report site needs.
• Work as part of a cleaning team or independently across large areas.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential training to be provided on site for the right candidate.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Reliability and good timekeeping.

Other Information

• Working Hours: Saturday 06:00 – 14:30 & Sunday 08:00 – 16:30
• Pay Rate: £12.21
• Duration of Assignment: Ongoing
