A growing mobility service provider in the UK is seeking a Claims Handler to manage all interactions regarding claims with drivers and passengers. This role requires you to ensure efficient claims processing while maintaining legal compliance and delivering high-quality customer service. The Claims Handler will oversee all aspects of Veezu Assist’s interactions with driver partners, passengers, and solicitors regarding claims handling and accidents. This includes managing key relationships, ensuring efficient claims processing from FNOL to completion, and maintaining compliance with legal and company regulations.
This role will play a critical part in maintaining strong partnerships, streamlining claims resolution, and optimizing debt recovery for outstanding or complex cases. By ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality customer service, this position supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
