Basic Function: Responsible for the production of a variety of public/private sector projects.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform CAD drafting of engineering designs and prepare final building site and development plans.
• Assist with the development of design concepts.
• Complete finished drawings and graphics within the scope, budget, and schedule under the supervision of a professional engineer.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of site planning, storm and wastewater management, road design, and traffic studies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional development and continuing education.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in CAD Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
