Job Title: Civils Supervisor

Salary/Rate: £200 - £220 Per Day

Start Date: 08/09/25

Responsibilities/Objectives

• To supervise and coordinate civil engineering works (eg excavation, ducting, reinstatement) for fibre network installations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards.
• Supervise civils teams (direct and subcontracted) on-site.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations (eg NRSWA).
• Carry out site inspections and audits.
• Report issues, delays, and progress to management.
• Monitor progress and quality of excavation, ducting, and reinstatement.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven track record in civils work (preferably within telecoms/fibre)
• Valid NRSWA Supervisor ticket or NRSWA
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and street works.
