The Fareham office is growing and offers the chance to work closely with engineers, transport planners and environmental specialists on development‑led infrastructure projects across the UK.

Role

Working as part of an experienced Civil Engineering team, you will:

• Design development infrastructure including highways, drainage and site works
• Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies at early planning stages
• Deliver detailed design for S38 and S278 schemes
• Produce civil engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
• Support earthworks strategies, utilities coordination and site feasibility work
• Liaise with clients, architects and planning teams throughout the design process
• Work on a mix of small, medium and large‑scale developments across multiple sectors

Requirements

• Experience in development infrastructure design
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and/or MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
• Understanding of S38/S278 processes
• Strong report writing and communication skills
