A leading children’s care provider in the UK is seeking a Residential Support Worker to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people in care. The role involves supporting daily routines, encouraging participation in activities, and maintaining records. Candidates should possess compassion, patience, and strong communication skills, with a willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 qualification. A competitive salary of £27,619–£28,650 per annum is offered, along with additional perks such as a sleep-in allowance and various health benefits.

We currently operate 4 children’s residential homes across Bicester, Oxfordshire. Our homes support young people up to the age of 18 and provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment by offering emotional and practical support to help children develop life skills and build confidence.
As a Residential Support Worker you will:
