A child care organization in London is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position offers a base salary of £53,000 with bonuses available.

Area Camden are a Good Ofsted regulated business and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, dedicated, professional Registered Manager for our 4 bed children\'s home in London. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years\' management experience and experience of working with young people aged 11-17 who exhibit challenging behaviour.

We work closely with other appropriate agencies and professionals, and the quality and professionalism of our staff is therefore of paramount importance.
Main Purpose of Role: Registered Managers are accountable for delivering high quality care to the children and young people resident within the home. This includes delivery of all care services, strategic planning for developments within the home, and day-to-day management matters. They should demonstrate the ability to build on the principles and practice standards expected at Area Camden and proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of childcare standards at Area Camden.
Registered Managers are responsible for delivering childcare that focuses on obtaining the best outcomes for each child and young person within the home. They should demonstrate practical leadership in childcare, organise and support staff to provide the best possible care, be personally available, supervise and mentor staff, organise work patterns, facilitate care-focused training, and access appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home.
