Job summary

A leading child care provider in Redhill is seeking a Registered Manager for a new children's home. You will design and lead nurturing environments for young people with emotional and learning disabilities. This role requires a Level 5 Diploma and experience managing OFSTED-regulated homes. A competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonuses is offered.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + equity share

Our home is a purpose-built children\'s home in Redhill Surrey for young people with emotional and learning disabilities - and we need a Registered Manager to lead our home on its way to ensuring our children reach their maximum potential.

This role will provide you the chance to:

  • Design a nurturing home from the ground up, with carefully planned spaces for healing and growth.
  • Lead a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed care that changes lives.
  • Work closely with our Responsible individual ensuring you\'re supported to the fullest in your journey being the best manager you can be.

Your Mission:

  • Support to open and register this 2 bed EBD/LD home, setting the gold standard for care.
  • Recruit and mentor a team as passionate as you are.
  • Achieve OFSTED \'Good\' or \'Outstanding\' within the first year.
  • Create a safe, empowering space where children build resilience and life skills.
