Reporting to the CEO, you will partner closely with the senior leadership team to help shape and execute financial strategies that drive both local and international business objectives. Other key responsibilities will include the following :

• Oversee the financial management and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to drive informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly board packs, including key performance indicators
• Provide strategic financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic advice to the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and planning.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring sustainable growth.
• Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
