Qualifications

  • Come from a restaurant background.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Good knowledge of food & hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard.
  • Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.
  • Train and develop up to 21 team members.
  • Ensure all ingredients are available for the menus.
  • Develop and plan menus in line with client expectations.
  • Creatively plan menus including client input.
  • Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Manage a kitchen team delivering up to 400 covers daily.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on team performance.
  • Ensure kitchen team completes up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
