Chef de Partie - Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone
Up to £30,902 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays a month paid as overtime

As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our kitchen brigade, helping to prepare and deliver outstanding cuisine that complements the excitement and luxury associated with Porsche. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and delivery of all food items - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, staff lunch, and event menus.

  • Delivering food items within costs agreed with the client as per the yearly budget.

  • Reporting any food safety or health and safety issues to management immediately.

  • Minimizing and recording all food wastage.

  • Assisting the Head Chef with menu and product costing.

  • Working with Kitchen Porters and General Assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.

  • Collaborating with senior management to deliver an exceptional bespoke experience to all guests.

Ideal Candidate and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie, ideally within fine dining catering at a rosette standard.

  • Ability to produce detailed recipes and cost them within timeframes set by the line manager.

  • Extremely organised, able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude during busy periods.

  • Willingness to learn new skills, push boundaries, and demonstrate a passion for quality.

  • Dedicated to going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.
