Chef de Partie – Flexi Hours (London)

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, in the heart of London’s West End. With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites and 11 meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services for business and leisure travellers. Dining includes seasonal dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen, and lunch & cocktails at the award‑winning Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week and can range from 0 to 40 hours. Work flexibly to fit your life and earn extra income.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standard.
  • Oversee daily stock control and coordinate with other sections for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Train and supervise commis chefs and junior staff, guiding and supporting their professional development.
About you

You are a talented and reliable chef with experience managing a specific kitchen section. You maintain high culinary standards, work efficiently under pressure, and support the team in delivering exceptional dishes. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
