We are a prestigious, historic country house hotel and restaurant, renowned for our exceptional fine dining and commitment to culinary excellence. Nestled in a beautiful setting, our award-winning kitchen delivers innovative and seasonal dishes using the finest locally sourced ingredients.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, contributing to the continued success of our acclaimed restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauce, grill, or pastry).

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus and specials.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in line with health and safety standards.

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

  • Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
