Overview

We at Aviation Recruitment Network LTD have a variety of Sous Chef, Chef De Partie and Commis Chef positions available for a reputable restaurants and Lounges at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2,3,4 and 5. Pay Rates range from £14.00 p / h - £17.00 p / h + (£20.72 - £30.00 p / h Bank Holiday Premiums) Shift Times : 05 : 30 am – 14 : 00 pm and 13 : 30 pm – 22 : 00 pm The roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team to deliver exceptional standards in the kitchen and manage the pass.
  • Assisting with the running of the kitchen.
  • Menu planning.
  • Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Always maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
  • Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans.
