Job summary

A community-focused cultural organisation in Birkenhead is looking for a Finance Officer to manage financial operations and support the development of creative programmes. Qualifications

  • Proven background in finance with or working towards a recognised qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting standards and best practices.
  • Experience within the non-profit/charitable sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations including payments and cashflow monitoring.
  • Produce monthly management accounts, quarterly reports, and year-end financial submissions.
  • Support budget holders through forecasting and variance analysis.
